Basic meditation of the Nagah
This meditation is base on breathing and visualization. You will breathe deeply and softly. Sit down on a pillow, legs crossed, or on a chair if you cant cross your legs. Do not rest your back on anything. Practice yourself holding your back on your own, keeping your spine straight, but without excess force. You can do the Pran Mudra (hand position), explained in the basic hand mudras section.
We will bring green energy from the earth below. Breath and visualize that shinny red energy is rising from the earth, entering your base and legs, filling your body with red light. Visualize this for 5 minutes.
Empty your mind, forget about the red light, let it do it's work. Continue with white light, coming from the heavens, coming down on you, through your head, filling your entire body. Concentrate on the upper part of your nose, the part of your nose between your eyes. Breathe and feel the air slowly going back and forth in the area of the nose. See your body filled with white light, and concentrate on the door of prana, which is exactly this point at the upper part of the nose where it touches the forehead. From this place in your nose enters prana, life force, energy latent in the air around you. The prana comes in, but does not go back out, it is kept in your body and only used air goes out. Do this for 5 minutes.
Empty your mind, relax, be at peace.
Prana gives life, prana is sub-atomic particles of energy available in the air. Fill yourself with it, it will bring life more than you would expect. With practice, as your body learns to stay calm and relaxed, extend the period of inhaling white light to 10, then 20 minutes.
