The Kabbalistic Cross

This ritual will create an expansion in your bodies of light. It will make the flow of spiritual energies stronger and install the symbol of a cross in your aura, calling blessings and evolution forever. It takes only a few minutes, and brings good benefits. Do it also before thee “lesser banishing pentagram ritual”.

In Kabalah practices, when you say a word, you also vibrate it. You have to imagine the word emanating its sound waves strongly on the energy and astral planes, taking a shape of light. Put your will into it. Decide it strongly and keep a mental focus on the vibrating word. Stay relaxed.

Technique

Stand up towards the East. Imagine that you are getting larger and larger, growing beyond your physical body, growing very large. Visualize yourself standing on the earth. You are very large, becoming a Titan, you are in space, amongst the stars. Visualize a sphere of white light above your head. With your left hand down, palm opened facing forward, place your right thumb over your right two last fingers, keeping the index and major extended. Take a minute to expand, while breathing deeply.

Raise your right hand to your forehead, touching your forehead with your two extended fingers. Say “Athoh” and see a beam of light go from the sphere above your head, upwards to the infinite space. Take a deep breath and vibrate with your mind and will.

Bring your right hand down, touch your lower abdomen while visualizing the beam of light coming from the sphere above your head down through your body, to the earth, downwards forever. As you touch your lower abdomen, say and vibrate) “Malkut”. Take a deep breath and vibrate with your mind and will.

Bring your hand to your right shoulder. As you touch it, say “Ve Geburah” and visualize your right shoulder shoot an horizontal beam of light to the right. Take a deep breath and vibrate with your mind and will.

Hands to your left shoulder, say “Ve Gedulah” and the beam of light from your right shoulder is also streaming light to the left, reinforced with the light from your left shoulder. Take a deep breath and vibrate with your mind and will. This creates a cross, from the infinite above to the infinite below, from the infinite on the right to the infinite to your left, you are a cross of white light.

Get both your harms up horizontally to make the cross with your entire body, visualizing the beams of light crossing through your harms, and vibrate “Le Olam”. Take a deep breath and vibrate with your mind and will.
Get both your hand together at the center of your chest, interlacing all your fingers, and say “Amen”. Take a deep breath and vibrate with your mind and will.The Hebrew words by themselves are powerful. Understanding them will make you mind contribute to the ritual, making it more efficient.
